How to Apply

International applicants should apply online via the SCNU International Admissions Portal. CSC scholarship applicants must also submit an application through the China Scholarship Council.

  1. Step 1: Choose your program and review entrance requirements
  2. Step 2: Prepare and upload:
    • Authenticated diplomas and transcripts
    • Language test scores (IELTS/TOEFL or HSK)
    • Passport copy and recent photo
    • Study plan or personal statement
    • Two recommendation letters (for graduate programs)
    • Health check report and police clearance
  3. Step 3: Submit the application and pay any fees
  4. Step 4: Apply concurrently for scholarships if eligible
  5. Step 5: Await admission decision and receive JW202 for visa application

  • CSC Scholarship: January – March
  • SCNU & Provincial Scholarships: March – May
  • Self-funded Applicants: Applications accepted through June for fall intake
